Processor Verdict, operated by Growthway Marketing LLC, publishes payment processor reviews and operates a referral service. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, who may receive it, and the choices available to you.
When you submit the qualify form, we collect your name, email address, monthly revenue range, business type, current payment processor, and your description of the payment problem you want to solve. We also collect information you send by email. We may automatically collect pages visited, referring URLs, approximate location derived from an internet address, browser type, device information, and interactions with links or forms.
We use information to match your business with a payment provider that may fit its size and category, introduce you to that provider, communicate about your request, operate and improve the site, and measure referral attribution.
We may send qualify-form information to the payment provider we match you with. When you book a call, information needed to arrange it may also be sent to scheduling software and the selected provider. Processor Verdict may receive a referral commission if an introduction results in a signup. Other service-provider categories include website analytics, hosting and database infrastructure, email delivery, scheduling, and referral attribution.
We and our service providers may use cookies or similar technologies for analytics, site functionality, and referral attribution. A destination provider may use its own tracking technology when you follow a referral link.
We keep lead records while needed to manage the requested introduction, referral relationship, and related business records, or longer when required by law. We do not currently use a fixed automatic deletion schedule. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing contact@processorverdict.com, subject to legal exceptions.
California residents may have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. To submit any privacy request, including an opt-out request concerning referral lead information, email contact@processorverdict.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
